Little Makalolo is a comfortable five-roomed tented camp in the heart of Hwange National Park, in one of its best game viewing areas. It offers privacy for guests who enjoy small camps and a sense of remoteness. The tented rooms each have en-suite facilities, including a flush toilet, and shower with hot and cold running water - as well as an outdoor shower under the stars. The main living area is under canvas and houses the dining room, lounge and pub, and a small plunge pool. The camp overlooks a small waterhole and guests can enjoy game viewing during the "siesta" hours a tree house hide. Activities at Little Makalolo centre on game viewing in open 4x4 vehicles throughout the Makalolo concession area, as well as walks with armed guides. The area is ecologically diverse, ensuring a varied food "pantry", which feeds great numbers of animals year round. Makalolo is one of the best areas for predators, Buffalo and Elephant - all featuring regularly in the experience.
